No Code of Conduct can replace the thoughtful behavior of an ethical employee; however, it can focus employees on areas of ethical risk, provide guidance to help employees to recognize and deal with ethical issues, provide mechanisms for employees to report unethical conduct, and foster among employees a culture of honesty and accountability. TerreStar Corporation will not tolerate dishonest, unethical or illegal conduct by TerreStar Corporation employees, or employees of our subsidiaries and affiliates.
